From concept to informed decision making - Project Management and Master Market Planning.
Ogdensburg NY is presently in the process of revitalizing their water front. Beautifully positioned on the St Lawrence waterway, an abandoned match production plant has blighted the community for many years. Now utilizing RDA Bonds, New Market Tax Credits and private funding, Ogdensburg is in the first stages of redevelopment. In conjunction with our partners, we have produced a preliminary plan for provision of the requested infrastructure, both horizontal and vertical.
Master Planning:
The aim of the city is to transform their waterfront not only into a destination, but a vibrant community center. Utilizing many of the e-urban concepts, we hope to assist them in their transformation.
The concept drawing produced so far, is only the first step in a multi-year process in delivering the changes necessary to achieve the civic and private partners goals.
